The World Wide Organization of World and National Standards of Attestation and Certification
The World Wide Organization of World and National Standards of Attestation and Certification (WOWNSAC) – is a scientific organization and was established for the following purposes:
- designing of world and national standards, qualification requirements, rules and order of attestation and certification training and career enhancement, conferment of degrees and grades;
- introduction of new forms and methods of organization of attestation and certification into the world practice;
- cooperation with UNESCO, WTO, U.N.O. and other international organizations on questions of introduction of attestation and certification, establishment of international and national standards, qualification requirements, rules and order of attestation and certification training and career enhancement, conferment of degrees and grades;
- International coordination of the activity of organizations on attestation and certification;
- methodological and information support of introducing and usage of the methods of organization of attestation and certification conducting;
- professional public control over the process of introducing and usage of the methods of new forms and methods of organization of attestation and certification conducting;
An official representative of the World Wide Organization of World and National Standards of Attestation and Certification in Russian Federation is the Higher World Agency on Certification.
